Piotr Ugrumov was born 1-1-1961. The Latvian rider was twice runner-up to Miguel Indurain in the Grand Tour events: once in the Tour de France and once in the Giro d'Italia. In the 1994 Tour de France he attacked Big Mig on the Col du La Bonnet and absolutly shattered the field.
